Ottawa by Night

In the capital city of the great white north, the sabbat thought they had won.

Prince Arundel had returned, reclaiming his mantle from the wreckage left after Corliss's folly cost the Camarilla nearly everything.

Baronies have formed, the Anarchs having reclaimed Stittsville, and with lupines at their border, they now exist in comparative isolation. The Camarilla and Anarchs once more claim territory, enforce their traditions, or lack thereof, and breath a sigh of relief, as if the old nights of Ottawa, might return, a little bit more peaceful than before.

But they would not.

The war that tore sectarian lines apart, did not go unnoticed. The brutal violence of the Sabbat, the open violence, the burned bodies and a broken masquerade all drew the attention of kindred kinds most dreaded spectre.

The Second Inquisition.

What now follows, is the purge.

Kindred safehouses now burn in the daylight. Influences collapse, Kindred disappear without ceremony, without a sound. The Monsters Exist. and CSIS, the Society of Leopold, and other, independent groups, intend on rectifying that.

The city is now in a fragile equilibrium. Power Structures stand, but only barely. Every Domain is now compromised, feeding is dangerous, communication is monitored and violence invites annihilation to the reckless.

The story has shifted, it is no longer about who will rule this city

it is a story about who will survive it.

Players take the roles of Kindred in a city under siege. Do you obey your prince and hope that your loyalty keeps you alive for another night. Do you sacrifice your rivals, or even your allies, to buy more time for yourself? Every choice carries a consequence and the hunters are always watching... waiting...
