HORIZON BLACKLIST is an elite, high-stakes underground racing network where your security is a myth and every rank is a target. The territory is fractured into 5 brutal mountain sectors, each governed by its own Ledger; to conquer a foreign peak, you must hunt your way up to the #2 spot before you are permitted to challenge the Local Apex (#1). With an automated bounty system that exponentially increases your valuation as you climb, every challenge is a zero-sum calculation—win to liquidate your opponent's assets, or lose to watch your position forfeit and your bounty stripped. Stagnation is a death sentence here, enforcing a mandatory weekly defense protocol: you have exactly 7 days to defend your rank, or the system will purge you from the board to make room for the active wolves climbing toward the Apex.
