After the Great War, nobody believed America would be consumed by nuclear fire once again, but that was proved wrong. As a chinese nuclear silo that did not launch its warheads on the Great War, rumoured to be a war continuation silo, or possibly due to a system failure, was randomly activated, nobody knows how or why, but the silo immediately launched its warheads, ravaging the wasteland with nuclear fire again. 4 years have passed, the year is 2286, and factions have began to reclaim the once more wasted wasteland, and it is now in your hands to decide the fate of it. Will you be a ruthless dictatorship, or maybe revive the very system of democracy that accordingly to some caused this doomed fate in the first place? It is your choice, but remember, "War...
