a lovely and encouraging community

since joining bookdun, i've achieved so many of my writing goals, the primary being finishing a draft for one of my longer projects. i've been in a slump of late and the community has been so encouraging. i love the gamification of it all. the entire premise of the challenge and the mini challenges and events keep me on my writing grind. i've been able to maintain habits and enjoy myself through the often lonely and complicated process of drafting. i'm so appreciative of this server and the folks within.
