You can be so many things in this, like D-Class, Deathrow inmates used to test on Anomalies like guinea pigs, Scientists or security guards, even SCPs themselves, or you can work against the foundation by working for the chaos Insurgency, one who finds the foundation inhuman, or the serpents hand, who wishes to give SCPs rights.
