Let me be the first to say I’m biased by being staff. If you’ll still listen let me share everything I can about this wonderful server
Every day we make a safer community. Over the nearly 3 years I’ve been in this server, it has changed drastically. Our rules have been updated to keep out bad people, we’ve changed the verification system many times to make it as easy for our members while still ensuring everyone who joins is a safe person for our community, and we keep a very active staff team that engages with the members often !
We as people have grown so much. We get better every day. Kinder, more polite, better at communicating ourselves, and better at handling the tough situations. We’re not perfect, but we’re trying our best.
The non-staff members of this server are simply wonderful. There are multiple conversations every day, jokes that expand across the entire server, and several members who make it their mission to make every new join feel welcomed.
I’ve found my family here. Many of the people in The Queer Garden will be at my wedding, a few are already planning on coming to my graduation in a month, and I’ve been invited to weddings, graduations, and other celebrations. You will find your people here, because we love everyone
