Winds pickup swiftly, moonlight glimmers through the clouds, & the howls of the legendary lands start to echo in your ears, thus representing the inner strength of each & every pack. The mighty howls are calling you. Looking ahead, you observe the gorgeous sight of the legendary lands, & you’re aware that your paws have marched far to these unknown lands. A great force of energy is drawing you closer to your possible new home. You might choose to pass by, ignore this force & the howls altogether, although the lands could certainly unravel an all new story for you. Will you stay here within the lands of legends & moonlight? Will you join the Astral pack or the Aura pack, perhaps even one of the other packs?

The Wolves of Mystica is a wolf roleplay server that as cliche as it is has a warm and welcoming community and staff and has a plot/Lore that will build as the server does!

|Pack of LowenStifs and backstory Lore|

The LowenStifs reside in a forestry plain area, that neighbor's the AmberWalkers territory. These wolves are known for their stealth and light colored coats. Though there are a few exceptions to those, they take in outsiders once they complete a trial given by the Leader. The present Leader Evera has been tasked with a goal that has been running for a few decades, and that is to find the missing Mystic pack. The wolves that have been named after the region itself went missing when wild dog packs and rogues started to invade their territory and they were to never be seen again other than a few rare claimed sightings.

New pack members are given a title known as luwos.

Their roles are named from the ancient language and were shared from the Mystic pack many years ago when they were still around as they are direct descendants of the past ones. The only obstacle since then was what the LowenStifs call the AmberWalker incident. Where two Subordinates almost started a war between the packs until Evera suggested an alliance which seemed to have worked but left them shut out which was alright as long as it meant peace.

The Amber Walkers are typically bigger brown pelted wolves that live rather up North from the Lowenstifs, they rarely take in outsiders and are considered hostile so it's best to approach carefully.

Now it's present times where the dog packs run wild and mini wars are at paw.

The Nightshade Pack’s territory lay deep in the heart of Yellowstone National Park in western Wyoming. Mountains lush with evergreens make up most of the landscape, with rivers and lakes throughout. Fields of geysers also dot the terrain, and meadows full of tall grass make a great feeding ground for prey animals such as deer, elk, moose, and bison.

The Nightshade Pack is surrounded with other packs, all of which pose a constant threat to them and their territory. Since the pack’s territory lay in Yellowstone National Park, plenty of humans can be found in the territory’s boundaries. Hunters cannot legally be found inside the Park, since it is protected by the humans’ government.

Will you join the ranks of the wolves that reside in Yellowstone? What will you do with your story?

Years ago, the city was home to a multitude of canines. Pets or strays, the life of the cement jungle was all they knew. Until.. disaster struck.
A large earthquake ripped apart the city, crumbling even the most secure structures.
And the dogs? Well.. the ones who survived worked together to set up a pack miles away. Far from their past. Far from hurt. But.. is that a howl in the distance?
Three packs live in harmony with little to no border interactions. Plenty of food. No fighting. But a new threat is arriving on the horizon..
The Outlanders
After the devastating earthquake that destroyed all they had known, they made their way miles away from the city finding an abandoned quarry to call home. To adapt with their new life, they found new ways to hunt for prey and keep the peace within the quarry.
The Shrouded Pack
Long ago the wolves lived a virtuous life in the forest, however soon the forest was set ablaze destroying their home. Forced to flee the forest and find home out of the marshes. As the pack would flourish they were struck with a new sickness, preventing the pack from growing in size.
Redwood Burrow Band
For many decades the coyotes flourished in the redwood forest, until a scavenging patrol turned into a nightmare. Upwalkers with thunder-sticks were lead to their primary camp causing a mass murder of their kin. As a result the canines started to dig tunnels to keep themselves safe, Upwalkers still their biggest threat.
Dispersals
For a long time, foxes and lone canines lived with plenty of prey to go around, until a food shortage struck. Forced to start trespassing on territories.
