The lovely town of Duskview, where every toon is living in the real world of absolute bliss. Halloween is coming up and the toons are getting excited for a big event promise to them by Delilah Keen. Hosted by the lovely Holloway family, it sure won't disappoint.
No one knows for certain what happened to that little girl. One can only hope she returns safe and sound to her family. We're meant to just enjoy while she's out there? Surely the detective can find her. Even if it's against everyone better judgement.
