Thank you kindly for giving us your feedback. However, after reviewing your concerns, we found that some of the claims you’ve made do not align with the interactions that occurred within the server.

You stated that the server environment was unpleasant, yet, despite expressing these concerns, you chose to remain in the server after being informed that leaving was an available option.

You also mentioned that members are “forced” to do unnecessary tasks in order to access matchmaking. To clarify, the only requirement is to reach level 5, which is intended to encourage the community to participate and interact. Our server is made not only under the intentions of matchmaking but also as a space where members can socialize, build connections, and engage with the community rather than joining solely for matchmaking purposes.

Additionally, concerns were raised regarding the staffs, specifically describing the staff to be as rude or creepy. From our review, staff members responded to your questions respectfully in attempts to explain the server policies. Regarding your discomfort with a staff member’s preferred name “darling”, we understand that preferences may differ, however, the staff in question is the server founder and had repeatedly encouraged you to address the concerns privately to avoid disrupting other members.

We value feedback and are always open to improving where necessary. However, we also ask that concerns be communicated respectfully and accurately so they can be addressed professionally.

Our records have shown that your time in the server has been inactive (you joined 20 days before making the review, yet you have not uttered one word in the server) which makes it difficult for us to fully understand the experience you’ve described.

Another is a claim regarding your comment about the server being run by “older individuals”. we’d like to clarify that that statement is untrue. Our team consists of younger members (15-17) and only 2 will be reaching adulthood soon, and the community is built and managed with that in mind.

We’re also unable to verify the claims regarding copying another server or “nuking” everything after being “exposed”. If you have any evidence to support your claims, we’re open to reviewing them.

We’d like to also clarify that there was never any document made by our team. The document that is circulating is originated from a different server, and while it may include our profiles or screenshots, that does not indicate that we have any involvement in help making the document. Our server is intended for individuals aged 13 to 21, with the goal of providing a welcoming space where members can connect, build friendships, and engage with one another in the community.

One more thing to note is that activity can vary due to time zones, as our members have different schedules, including school, work, and rest. Despite this, the server remains active for the majority of the time, with ongoing conversations, regular activities, and daily voice chats. For members who may feel shy or unsure about joining the conversations, our staff team is always available to assist and help them feel more included.

Our staff team have always went out of our way to make the server a safe place, considering you're making such a statement, we assume you can provide proof of said manipulations and creepy behavior. Next time please dm a moderator or owner so that we can resolve your concerns privately and professionally.
