everyone here has cried to sophie at least once. we have a channel for sharing unreleased tracks that's so gatekept you need to send a handwritten letter to the owner to get access. the owner is 19 and lives in a studio apartment with no furniture. there's a #fits channel that's 90% just pics of people's shoes on dirty concrete and one really blurry mirror selfie that got pinned because it had "the right energy." we have monthly "genre wars" where someone tries to convince the server that breakcore is better than jungle and it always devolves into posting niche bandcamp links as receipts. the vc has a permanent low hum of someone's fan and nobody asks anymore. we're all collectively mourning a relationship none of us were in. the vibe is a basement rave where the ceiling's too low and someone's crying in the corner but the bass is still hitting.
