The admins often appear disorganized and disengaged. Despite continuous advertisements on Discord, participation in events has dwindled, and nobody seems to care anymore. While the admins are friendly and show interest in organizing events, they are frequently absent during these activities.
The UKF Discord channels are often empty, even during scheduled events. Additionally, moderation on the Battlefield 3 UKF servers is inadequate throughout the day.
Moreover, there is no effective way for players to provide feedback. Criticism is frequently dismissed with jokes, and the admins fail to recognize what’s working well or identify areas that genuinely need improvement.
