It is the Spring of 1814 and Napoleon was just defeated by the 6th coalition!!! The Bourbon dynasty has come back into France to take back the throne but something is different.

Unlike in history where women were barred form inheriting the French Throne, Marie Thérèse, Louis XVI's daughter is named Queen abolishing traditional Salic law in the ruling dynasty.
