Toman is a big agency. Hundreds of workers cooperating with 5 groups. They work with rookies and trainees. They organize concerts, and Haitus, as well as diets and practices. Every Idol that works under Toman ends up going big.

- Each year, they recruit several new idol wannabees. Typically only 5% only actually get accepted.

- the annual Idol awards come around, they usually compete against each other for the number one slot of the Idol industry

- Toman is extremely strict on how they want their idols to be like. Each Idol has a certain list of dos and don'ts that must be followed as each member is under contract

~~The Idol Awards~~
Every year, each Idol group compete and preform on stage of thousands of people. They always go all out and get voted to continue. Call it a small battle of the Idols.It's one of the most exhausting event of the year. It includes dozens of workers, 100 different Idols, and lasts 5 whole hours. Each second is recorded.


Currently Bonten has won the Idol Awards 3 years running.

It's currently September. The weather is nice. New idols are appearing and Old Idols are doing their best to entertain their fans. The Idol Awards is 4 months away and nobody has a chance to relax as they all need every second to find out how to wow the fans and to be number one.
