I once held a Chapter Master position in the older version of this server. This version being made as a result of toxic behavior from the old hub server. Was offered a lieutenant position as a result of the move under someone who was more active than me only in text chat in the original server. I spend most of my time in voice chats playing the actual game in servers like this so I didn't really care that much. Until a few weeks after this server went up when I was randomly moved to the reserve company meant for inactive members demoted to veteran battle brother without being informed of such move or warned that my activity in the text chats needed to increase to keep my role. My captain at the time also needed more help than he claimed to me. Never once asked me for help and from outside looked like he was doing fine. This was also a supposed reason for my removal and demotion from the company. I brought up that I was unaware of this removal as soon as I noticed it to the people of even higher rank than my captain and it took them over a day to get back to me about it. A change as significant as removing two lieutenants from your 2nd company and replacing them with others was a move that clearly regarded no warning or post about. Just what had to be done. Just going through the motions of sorting out the leadership of the server. That's what this server embodies. If I was warned about my activity I might've been more active and played a bigger role but there was no communication on anything that was going on in the server within the chats I had access to and was probably a decision made privately.
TLDR:
If you aim to join this server just to have a group to play with you will not get far here. You need incredible dedication and addiction to discord to progress through the ranks and you need to keep that in order to make it to and maintain a leadership role otherwise you're just dead weight to the leadership of this server and will be removed without warning or compensation when you mention it. If you still join, good luck.
