The Fire Rises is an advanced literate, story driven, character focused Star Wars writing community inspired by Andor, Rogue One, Mask of Fear, and the spirit of political thrillers like Game of Thrones and House of Cards. We focus on the people who make states burn and revolutions endure - spymasters, leaders, politicians, insurgents, and the 'doers' who move history.
This is not a place for power fantasies or cartoon villainy. This is a place for consequence, moral greys, competing ideologies, and the oft overlooked business that moves the galaxy forward.
What we offer:
* A cohesive post-Endor setting grounded in plausibility and consistency.
* Detailed and reasonable lore shaped by player choices.
* No overbearing or convoluted economy, fleet, or combat systems.
* A mature, collaborative environment for experienced writers (18+ only).
* A flexible mix of Legends, Canon, and well-crafted fanon.

I am writing this review entirely of my own free will. There is absolutely nobody standing near me holding a weapon… and certainly nobody whispering, “Five stars… or else.” The staff are wonderful, the writing is fantastic, and the community is super good at making you neglect your sleep schedule with VCs into the night. Please send help….uh, I mean, join the server. Five stars. Blink twice? I mean… highly recommended.

In all seriousness, this server might be the most well organized roleplay community on discord. I don't say that lightly. Writers are trusted. Other servers have systems detailing fleet sizes and economies, but here, the writer has full control.
I cannot recommend this server enough, the community is so welcoming, and everybody is really nice. They have VC's going every day, which are always active, and frankly the experience is unlike no other server on the platform.

Honestly, I have NEVER written a disboard review before, but because of my experience from TFR, I felt that it was finally time to share my thoughts. This server is full of amazing individuals, all talented, creative and genuinely helpful. Originally I joined because of my partner, but very quickly they took me in and made me feel welcomed. If you are looking for a server where; your voice is heard, the writing is progressive within lore, and just a great staff team... Then join TFR!!!
