Disclaimer: I'm not *that* connected with the wider age regression community. I've heard stories and such about the types of situations that pop up in other age regression servers, but our firsthand experience with them is limited because the usual vibe is too "daycare-like" for our comfort. Kid Fortress has been the exception to this, and the fact that I've stuck around here for this long is a sign in itself that they're doing something different.
The general climate is roughly "PG". With a couple exceptions (see the next paragraph), their trigger list applies equally across the entire server. While there are specific role-tied sections geared towards specific age brackets, there's no server-level restriction on what areas a given headmate can talk in based solely off their age. The role sections are "baby" (~0-4), "kid" (~5-12), "teen" (~13-17 internal age, not meant for bodily teens), and "critter" (for animal/pet regressors). These are based more off interest than raw age: e.g. a 9 year old syskid talking about a YA book would be welcome in the teen section. There's also a "carer" section that is exclusive to caretakers, but no lines are drawn here around age. If you're a regressor or syskid that is also a caretaker, you can talk there.
Their trigger list has 3 tiers: allowed in general chats with spoiler bars and warning (e.g. flashing GIFs, unreality-type statements), only allowed in the vent chat with spoiler bars and warning (e.g. discussion of bigotry, death beyond a passing mention), and not allowed at all (e.g. gore, suicidal ideation). The list is a bit long to look at, but it's well-organized and the staff team is generally understanding if you forget that something was on it. Notably, caps lock (for 5 or more words) and cursing fall into the "allowed with spoilers/warning" category, with the exception of a "chaotic-gen" where they're allowed uncensored and a "cozy-gen" where they aren't allowed at all. I've heard that this is pretty lenient compared to other age regression servers, so I felt like pointing it out.
Inclusivity and accessibility are a stated high priority. Their rules and trigger list are very adamant that you shouldn't have to hide aspects of your identity, including seemingly-contradictory queer labels or headmate source. They specifically mention not treating fictives/etc as one-to-one with their source in their rules and are quick to enforce this. For accessibility, they have opt-in ping roles for people who can translate typing quirks into plaintext, transcribe audio messages, and/or write image descriptions. They don't allow "aesthetic fonts" in conversation or display names because they aren't compatible with screen readers. This also applies to Discord display name styles, which a user can toggle on or off at the server level.
On the community end, people here are generally very welcoming. There's specific channels and sections of the server documentation for answering questions related to age regression or plurality, so it's okay if you're new to either or both communities. The staff team puts on events from time to time: at the time of writing this, there's a "creativity showcase" themed around LGBTQ+ and disability pride for their respective pride months (June and July). Events aren't super frequent, but they're announced well in advance with community input for day and time. The staff team is also willing to work with you if/when conflicts come up: on a reprimands level, they try to reserve the Mod Hat for serious or repeated incidents.
Overall, this server is designed for older regressors, regressors that don't mesh well with the younger climate of other spaces, and plural folk with a mix of older and younger members who would benefit from having server-wide guardrails. The all-ages approach means that regressors/syskids with particularly grown-up interests may not do well here, but if that's not an issue for you then this is a pretty good place to be.

Got treated like a bad person for trying to understand aromantic relationships and then harassed by staff

Was talking on the server while someone tell that they were in a VC with a « AQP » (not the real acronym but something similar)
I tried to understand how it work and because english is not my main language, they took my way of wording word in a simple way for a mockery.
I wished them to be in love and decided to run away the conversation
They later asked me to explain to me again and in a different way of how it work but i refused because i didnt felt conformtable at all
3 day after, the moderator open a ticket to explain to me again how aromantic relationship work, and that my wording was flagged as arophobic (i even said since the start that people are free to answer my question and i was only curious, and yet i was flagged like a bad person)
So i told the mod that i already said that i dont want to know more of it.
Not welcoming for newbie who may not know how everything work, nor to not fluent english speaker.
Respect my boundaries, when i say i dont want to talk of a subject, its not okay to harass me about it in a ticket after !

Hi! We never called you or intended to make you feel like a bad person, and as we said in the ticket we know you had no ill intent. We created a ticket the next day with the only goal of creating understanding so we could maintain a safe space for all members. In this server, we expect people to be willing to learn from each other, and take accountability when they say something harmful, especially if they accidentally say something discriminatory. ^^
