Hey there! I just wanted to take the time to address a few things so bare with me as I believe the truth hasn’t been told about this server that stands on a point of integrity and transparency rather than biased opinions so bare with me:

Star Wars Clone Wars Origins is a very unique and surprisingly different server that caters to so much rather then the focus of only war like many Roleplay servers do almost becoming milisims. It is a welcoming server that caters towards creating a rich, unique, and creative experience for its members by tapping into the large potential and audiences that can be found within the galaxy beyond the stars. I have been within the server for many years and I can personally say that many of the reviews I have recently read or seen simply are not true; they are from individuals who joined the server and either caused trouble, were extremely rude and ambiguous, or were lazy in an active server and because of said laziness did not enjoy the experience as they never participated in anything the server has to offer.

The Staff are very energetic and fun individuals who welcome in members and are more than willing to help others create OCs or work up a canon. Even offering to give up any canon they have that someone might want to play, with the server being as old and open for as long as it has the staff and its members have seen many people come and go and thus don’t tolerate trolls, rudeness, or utter ignorance (Practically common sense). But that is what many who join unfortunately do not understand, Tree Beast (The Review After Mine) was an individual who joined an active roleplay server but did not participate in its roleplay aspects. The individual posted memes constantly throughout the day and late hours of the night, sarcastically was rude to staff especially when they were trying to help newer members with questions or creative prepping, and was lazy choosing to never once join a single event or rp idea that was given to him. To say the staff are not helpful or “clique” is certainly biased as the staff work around the clock to create a welcoming warm environment and a second home for those wishing to grow their skills as a roleplayer and wanting to learn new ways to hone their crafts. Staff are always willing to help create an oc for new players stuffing with creative idea while ensuring they don’t do the work themselves. It goes back to the golden rule which is universal “Treat others the way you wish to be treated” many reviews before mine where from individuals who treated either the staff or members of the server poorly. They often didn’t take the server serious or any try to include themselves to be apart of anything this had a boring time within the server even after staff tried to help them be more engaged. Staff themselves promote from within the server from members who have been active and been around for a good bit, this isn’t “cliquey” this is an open community who has become a second family and actively welcomes in new members in a respectful fun manner. If someone refers to it as “cliquey” then they themselves formulated a clique mindset because that simply is not what is portrayed here. This “you’ll never leave anything down” staff enjoy teasing one another and even members about mistakes made in previous RPs or in general. This is a fun often laughable moment between everyone within the server who has been around for sometime, for someone fresh coming in this can look like “dog piling” and it simply isn’t it’s a very funny and enriching experience as everyone has made mistakes in RP and it’s quite laughable when you’re able to grow and have fun from it.

The server itself is one that is extremely unique and diverse tapping into the vast large galaxy and bringing together other franchises under its umbrella from ATLA, to NARNIA, to THE HUNGRR GAMES, to SHADOW HUNTERS and included them perfectly by using already pre-established canon lore in order to make them fit perfectly while not detouring from original lores. The lores created are often a rich mix of original lore and canon lore which help the elements mix and match to create the perfected experience for server members and it is never a boring read. The server has such creative genius and room to grow that members can easily find inclusion or even make their own inclusion of their favourite franchises and groups into the server and have it integrated to fit the SW universe.

Clones ocs and roleplayers ARE ALLOWED in the server. Why Tree Beast has chosen to the lie and say otherwise I’m unsure. Staff do not discourage the creation of clones, instead they encourage clone ocs and canons to also create another character as the server doesn’t just only focus on war fronts, they include the many rp aspects that often go unnoticed in the franchise; Jedi Training, Court Affairs, Trials, Senate Hearings, Ambassadors traveling to worlds, Rebellions, Wars, Prison Riots, Bars, Clubs, Charity Galas, Meetings, Fight Clubs and many more. These diverse areas and roleplays are so members across the board are able to try diverse new opportunities and create new experiences for their OCs. Clone makers are encouraged to have another paired character so they are able to branch out and explore different avenues of the server without feeling out of place or like they can’t fit in, this inclusion has helped many to try new styles of writing and create many diverse and interesting characters. Each member of the staff has their own clone oc and battalions so to say otherwise is a bit… ignorant.

This is a Clone Wars Server, while staff has spoken about possibly moving into the next era they have openly spoken about taking their time and enjoying the CW Era and all it has to offer. As one of the most diverse and large times in the StarWars universe the experiences offer so much to do and many unseen avenues that the staff and members wants to explore. They have made this public knowledge and has said they enjoy the CW ERA and are not trying to keep up with the time per say but would rather enjoy a nice mix of era while creatively keeping up with the Rp and even including a time between jump.

The one I want to address the most is this comment that the server is “White Washed” and “Racist.” This is the most bigoted, ignorant, and uneducated comment I have ever read in my 8+ years in the server (also was written by a white man.) The Server staff is the most open and diverse group of individuals I’ve ever had the opportunity to roleplay with from different races, sexual orientation, gender identity, political views, and religious groups. They had incorporated this throughout the server and removed people for being anything less as a way to protect communities within the server and groups from being targets by harassment and bullying which every server sees. To say that anyone or any StarWars server is “White Washed” in 2025 when the franchise itself hasn’t seen colour or any or the things I have listed above is down right disrespectful and offensive. The SW server doesn’t see colour, it has promoted many different cultures, walks of life, and group within their franchise from humanoids, to droids, to clones, to galactic species? The indifference and natural ignorance someone has to have in their own life to say such a thing is unacceptable and mind boggling to me. The server itself is a very welcoming community and I’ve never seen a single ounce of racism, homophobia, etc. that is one lie I simply had to address as it’s blatant ignorance.

Moving on; the Staff promote and active server and one that clearly states in the rules is not a place for sensitive individuals especially ones who can’t handle teasing or jokes. OCS experience and face many things in a vast universe and group especially in times of war and this is often incorporated into the server in respectful and professional ways. The staff themselves work full times jobs, have families, careers and come from all over but still make time to present; they expect the same from their members. They cater to create a rich healthy fun environment that is like a second family and they do that quite well. They live by the code “you get from the server what you put in” as working professionals I truly can understand that. If someone doesn’t have a fun or active experience it’s because they themselves have chosen to not have good time management and balance things out to make time for their roleplay. That is not a server error that is a personal one.

I’ve heard it stated a few times and I love hearing when a server isn’t about numbers. That is what TreeBeast has failed to understand, the staff itself has said repeatedly they would rather have a server of 20 healthy, fun, creative and active roleplayers. Then 200 that do absolutely nothing, and as an active writer I love hearing it’s not numbers game.

Recently I saw that the Server Owner said this “I will not tell members of my server how to creatively express themselves. If they enjoy Art, real life face claims, Fan Art, Drawings, AI Art, Digital Art, whatever means of expressing themselves. That is their choice, if done in a respectful manner I will always support them and their creative endeavours”

This comes after the server and its staff were asked their views on AI art. One member was upset with the server for allowing members to use AI art while individuals like TreeBeast are upset they use real life face claims over AI. The Server Owner responded as such:

“I learned a long time ago you cannot cater to everyone. You do the best you can, create a warm, safe, friendly place of expression and do your part to ensure a fun inclusive roleplay experience for all. At the end of the day I do my job to allow individuals to have their creative freedoms and ideas. I want what everyone wants to have fun and to enjoy my writing with a group of talented writers, a person who changes constantly due to the criticism they receive is simply not a leader at all. I stand by my server an it’s incredible staff, members, and mission to create a creative new experience for all.”

To me that is someone who cares and puts heart into their server and its members. In closing StarWars Origins is an amazing place filled with opportunity, inclusion, and growth. I hope this review itself brings in many fresh faces and puts a clear perspective on things rather then letting someone who joined an only posted memes from a month straight dissuade any good people looking for a second place to call home who loves roleplay as much as I do. But for those lazy roleplayers and people who believe they deserve handouts, trolls, or plain ignorance. I hope it does dissuade you from joining, as this is certainly a place for active members and not lazy roleplayers. Thank you 🩷🫧
