ehhhhh..

while the server itself is incredibly fun and engaging, + welcoming... the whole "fan dub" aspect seems to be an absolute failure. you go to the advice channel, spend days there improving your voice acting with the absolutely wonderful owner Kiki, you audition because they give you approval and say its amazing. Kiki rates you highly. everynother staff member tells you to fuck off back to the advice channel like they didnt outright ignore your seeking advice when you were doing it. Kiki either needs to replace all the reactors or speak with them about engaging with people seeking advice because this has happened to me 3 times and others multiple. ive had friends complain to me about how it happened to them there as well. if you dont want to help people improve, you shouldnt rate. especially if you wont even give them a callback when theyve been uploading over and over that they want one so they can improve. yeah, dont expect a callback. just expect to be completely ghosted with no advice on how to improve outside of the owner! im not salty about my lack of casting, this isnt a revenge review, im just seriously disappointed because the server is wonderful outside of the reactors and the issues with no advice or callbacks. id have sent this within the server if i didnt fear immediately being banned and blacklisted for speaking up :/
