The south side of Chicago has never been easy place to live in ; between financial struggles, the prejudices of those who look down on them and the weight of constant family drama ; People here learn from a young age that nothing comes easy, if they want something, they'll have to work for it or find another way to get it.

The neighbourhood is filled with all kinds of people ; some are raising families and trying to provide a better future for their children, some are chasing dreams that seems impossible to reach, hoping to escape the cycle they've grown up in and others are stuck repeating the same mistakes they've watched for generations, unable to break it free.

Loyalty is constantly put up to test, family can feel stronger than friendship while family can also sometimes feel like your biggest burden. The south side isn't perfect ; it's messy and often unfair. But for the people who call it home will do anything to make most of it.
