LICENTIA || MCYT VIGILANTE AU

The city is alive at night. More alive than it should be. For years, at night the world went dark and crime ran rampant. Recently though? It all got... safer. For no known reason. The heroes, the vigilantes, they didn't "beat" them. They didn't *scare* them away, so how? What conspiracy is running through the town, and what does the Mayor have to say about it? Are the villains plotting something big and choosing to lay low, or are they actually giving up? Can the heroes be off guard finally? Are the vigilantes finally necessary, and how can they balance this with their real lives?
