server is great! staff is genuinely welcoming to new AND existing members. they're also really active so you actually get to talk to the staff and they don't exploit their power or talk down to you. however they can take a while when tending to an issue or occasionally let personal bias get in the way of making decisions or speaking in chats. some rules also aren't held up very well or concerns aren't taken into account... but again, the people are nice, things are handled discreetly, and it's pretty active
