Aetheria, a place of wonder and beauty and until recently, peace. Species thrived, grew, even the Gods of this land did not remain stagnant. Just like their subjects they evolved, blessing their lesser with the ability to weave magic and grow. However, peace is not eternal...a harsh truth that everyone knows well. Tensions rose, people started to encroach on other people's territory and soon it blood spilled. There was little discrimination as an all-out warfare seized what was once serene. The Gods who watched from above did not interfere, letting their subjects take hold and forge their own destiny just as they did in the past. But being a bystander always comes with a cost.

During the warfare, a God had fallen. Whether out of malicious intent or otherwise it came to be and the people of Aetheria suffered for it. In response, the Gods mourned one of their fallen in the only way they knew how; in ways that shook the world to its very core. Three cataclysmic events echoed across Aetheria which expanded the scale of catastrophe currently taking place across the regions.

This all began twenty years ago, a destiny written in stone that could not be changed. Yet, destiny does not always follow it's chosen path. It is up to you, writers, to determine the fate of Aetheria. Will you let it fall into turmoil? Become nothing more than a land soaked in blood and regrets? Or will you work to fix it again? Return Aetheria to its former glory? The choice is yours, who you meet, interact with, help or hinder shall all coalesce into the ending you decide.
