Kremsi City, 2050.
A New World Order has begun. It did not spare whoever tried to not make this become a reality and now they are forced in the outskirts of Leriski City. The Obsidian Order has taken control of the place that once was New York City, just to replace it with another that would fit better their view.

Yet, something is calling. Their monolith, known as The Obelisque, needs more power to unleash their new Savior - as the Prophecy revealed. It triggered a massive interference with the devices of many Time Travelers who come from any historical period and who are now stuck in this era. Whoever had created a double life and who arrived unwillingly are forced to stay, without the possibility of returning to their homes. They are targets of this New World Order and they have to escape, blend in, make alliances to avoid capturing.

However, hope still burns. Groups of mercenaries, civilians and enemies of the State known as Makrisis have sworn to protect with their own lives these Travelers who are in great danger. The goal is clear: eliminate once and for all the Obsidian Order and its head, The Chessmasters Council.
